We have a return policy that lasts for 14 days from when the product reaches the customer. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

Our main objective is to offer you a 100% unique and quality product. If you are not satisfied, you have 14 days to make the return. Damaged or Defective items can be replaced with a new product. If you need to make a change for size contact the email: hello@lostdestiny.es

To make the return, the customer will have to contact using the form below or via email: info@lostdestiny.es and will have to take the item to an authorized shipping point that is attached to that email . Examples of delivery points: (DHL, Ups, FedEx, TNT …)

The return is completely free for the customer.

Sale items are not eligible for a refund.

Refund: the refund will be made based on the payment method used when placing the order. It normally takes 5-10 business days for it to appear in your bank account.
