We have a return policy that lasts for 14 days from when the product reaches the customer. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

To make the return, the customer will have to contact using the form below or via email: info@lostdestiny.es and will have to take the item to an authorized shipping point that is attached to that email . Examples of delivery points: (DHL, Ups, FedEx, TNT …)
The return is completely free for the customer.
Sale items are not eligible for a refund.
Refund: the refund will be made based on the payment method used when placing the order. It normally takes 5-10 business days for it to appear in your bank account.
